Why do you teach Inclusive Optimization?

| billie@innov8gd.com

"So many high-performing, purpose-driven entrepreneurs find themselves questioning their own abilities. Not because they aren’t good at what they do, but because their website isn’t doing its job. They’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and secretly ashamed that something so central to their business feels out of their control. They’ve spent money, tried to fix it, and still feel lost, embarrassed to admit they don’t understand the technical side well enough to even ask for help. Deep down, they’re starting to wonder if the problem is them, not the website.

I know what that feels like because I’ve been there. I remember the frustration of watching my clients be hounded by so-called ‘SEO experts’ making big promises they couldn’t keep. I hated not knowing enough to protect them, so I made it my mission to learn everything I could to make sure they were never misled again.

My nan was deaf, and I grew up learning to read her lips. It taught me that everyone experiences the world differently and that ability has nothing to do with intelligence. When we don’t consider people’s differences, someone gets left behind. I don’t want that for anyone, online or in life.

This work matters to me because no one should have to feel lost, alone, or ashamed just because they don’t understand the technical side. I care because I’ve been through the long, confusing, stressful road myself and I want to make sure no one else has to walk it alone.

Every day they hesitate to ask for help, the cost of inaction grows. Their confidence slips, their motivation fades, and the spark that once fueled their business starts to dim. They're losing hours trying to fix things that aren't working; time they could be spending with their clients, their family, or simply catching their breath.

The stress seeps into everything: their mood, their relationships, even their sense of self-worth. The longer it goes on, the heavier it feels; like every day they're falling further behind, losing both income and the joy they once had for their work.

I help them understand how simple this can actually be. Together, we rebuild their confidence step by step; breaking things into small, manageable chunks they can implement right away and start seeing results. They feel safe because they know they can ask questions without judgment; they're supported, guided, and never alone.

Through this process, they transform from feeling like a failure to feeling bold, capable, and proud of their progress. They finally feel in control of their website and their direction and they're no longer at the mercy of 'experts' who overpromise and underdeliver. They know what to do, how to do it, and how to lead others to do it their way. That confidence changes everything."

Kind regards
Billie 💛
